RECLAIMING MYSELF: Presented by Colleen Helps (Specialist in Addiction and has worked in Residential Treatment Centres for many years)

A Workshop designed for those who have an addict/alcoholic in your lives, irrespective of the age, relationship and living arrangements. It will deal with:

* Understanding and accepting the loss, guilt, stress and trauma while having the addict/alcoholic in your lives.
* Realizing how your dreams, your needs and your sense of self have diminished along with your life.

This workshop will assist you to re-establish who you are and who you want to be. To learn how let go of the guilt, to deal with the constant trauma and to start finding forgiveness.
