South Africa has an extensive network of treatment centres and treatment options and it can be very confusing to know how and where to get the help you need. Although there are lots of very good private treatment centres these can be expensive and it may seem that if you do not have extensive resources that you are not able to get help. This is not the case. There are a number of options for those that do not have access to resources or for those whose families are no longer willing to pay for treatment after numerous previous attempts.
